Abstract

Expression of inborn immunity genes was studied in 10 essentially healthy male subjects aged 24 to 32 years in a 21-day dry immersion experiment without countermeasures. To evaluate the humoral immunity function, genes encoding Toll-like receptors, proteins mediating NF-kB, AP-1, Akt, TLR4; apoptosis proteins, and CLEC4E, HSPD1, PTGS2 were selected.
