Results of the study revealed that the FSH-R, p53 and Bcl-2 expressions were significantly (p<0.05) up-regulated in the imipramine-treated rats relative to their controls. Abstract

This study was designed to investigate ovarian gene transcriptional responses to selected antidepressant drugs (imipramine and fluoxetine) in female rats.
