The effects of demographic and plan characteristics and member knowledge on satisfaction were determined by t-tests and one-way analyses of variance (ANOVAs), and confirmed by general linear models procedures. Chi-squared analyses and logistic regression were used to determine the effect of demographics on patient knowledge. RESULTS: Respondents were very satisfied with the service and network quality of their prescription drug plans. Member demographic characteristics had little influence on satisfaction; however, having a choice of plan a,nd overestimating certain aspects of coverage significantly influenced satisfaction.
