Abstract
Figure 1: (A) Histologically, there is a diffuse vascular proliferation within the papillary and upper reticular dermis. (B) The proliferating vessels have a lobular distribution in some areas, giving a complex “glomeruloid” appearance. The surrounding areas show endothelial cell proliferation within a desmoplastic fibroplasia, forming small vascular slits. (C) At high magnification, the endothelial cells lining the vessels are prominent, but no cytologic atypia is present.
