Investigation of processes adsorption-desorption of fullerenes on the crystal surface and possible special features of these processes has been discussed. Abstract
The theoretical study of fullerene film production on the crystal faces of (100) type of crystals with sc, bcc, fcc lattices is the subject of this paper.
