The main topics raised were: Breastfeeding the premature baby; Management of infant colic; Basic care of the premature baby at home; Experiences in the hospitalization of the premature baby; Challenges faced at home; Mothers' perception of the WhatsApp® group. Conclusion and implications for the practice the mothers showed insecurities and doubts about the basic care of the premature baby at home.
