O uhorských pozemkových knihách a ich spravovaní

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to present the legal regulation and administration of land registers in Hungary since the middle of the 19th century, as well as the reasons for the establishment of the so-called public books. Special attention is paid to the legal regulation of entries in the land registers. In conclusion, the author states that land registers are still important, and that the application practice must deal with entries in the land registers.
