The criteria for investment attractiveness of soils are soil, climate, technological, organizational, economic, social, legal. The primary task is the formation of databases of agro-production properties of modal types of soils within the Carpathian region, first of all their morphological, physical and physical-chemical properties, which determine the fertility of soils and may affect on the investment attractiveness. Abstract
T he purpose of this publication is to substantiate a comprehensive assessment of the investment attractiveness of soils of the Carpathian region of Ukraine, as well as to investigate the theoretical and methodological approaches of the assessment of the investment attractiveness of soils, to develop indicators for evaluating the agricultural production properties of the soil and to formulate the soils quality.
