Abstract

A personal health record or PHR is a wellbeing record where wellbeing information and data identified with the care of a patient is kept up by the patient. When these records are stored in the cloud the probability of unauthorised access gets increased due to poor encryption. Here we develop a framework which is separated into two security domains such as public and personal domains (PUD and PSD) as indicated by the distinctive clients' information accessing necessities. In both domain sorts of security areas, we use vigenere encryption and two fish based encryption to acknowledge cryptographically implemented, owner driven PHR access. In PUD, the number of users is grouped with the help of hierarchical agglomerative clustering algorithm. After clustering, each group gets the secret key and then encrypts the health record and stored in the cloud. The experimental result shows that our proposed method has 76.05% of clustering accuracy.

The advances in distributed computing and networks make it possible to link people, heterogeneous service providers and physically isolated services efficiently and cost-effectively. As the economic dynamics and the complexity of service operations continue to increase, it becomes a critical challenge to leverage information technology in achieving world-class quality and productivity in the production and delivery of physical goods and services. The IJSOI, a fully refereed journal, provides the primary forum for both academic and industry researchers and practitioners to propose and foster discussion on state-of-the-art research and development in the areas of service operations and the role of informatics towards improving their efficiency and competitiveness.
