Abstract

We developed an anti-GOR assay using the LuminomasterTM system, a fully automated, random access chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay system. GOR antibody, which is often detected in the serum of patients infected withHepatitis C virus (HCV), is closely associated with HCV infection.
