Abstract

The subject of the article is the attempt to answer the question whether Art. 235 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland may be the basis for the adoption of a new polish Constitution. In author’s opinion Article 235 of the Constitution may be applied only in the case of amending the Constitution.
