The tumor recurrence was confirmed by the data of neuroimaging monitoring. Repeated removal was performed. Abstract
Dumb-bell schwannomas (neurinomas) account for 15 % of the total number of spinal neurinomas. Their surgical removal in the cervical spine is a technical challenge due to intricate anatomical relationships.
