Abstract

Low-frequency vibration isolation platform is widely used in the vibration control of ultra-precision engineering. It is of great significance to study the horizontal deformation control excited by earthquake action. In this paper, the seismic horizontal deformation with different damping ratios is investigated firstly. The results show that the large increase of damping ratio cannot significantly reduce the seismic horizontal deformation.
