Low carbon economy is the best economic model in response to the global warming and the greenhouse gas reduction. The cold heading machine is the main manufacturing production; it consumes a lot of energy and resources in the manufacturing and using stage, at the same time to produce greenhouse gases; therefore, the low carbon performance of cold heading machine will have a direct impact on the environmental protection.
