Getting together and being personal: Building personalisation on a co-production approach

Abstract

This paper explores the context of personalisation in Scotland, and then goes on to evaluate the initial stages of a co-production approach taken by one large Scottish local authority in conjunction with an independent sector provider. It analyses the development of the strategy, including the decision to take a co-production approach. It concludes by identifying the key lessons learned to date, and the future direction of the agenda.
