Abstract

A case observed by the author of this paper supports the assumption that the cortex of the insula is concerned in the representation of taste. Clinical and anatomical observations indicate that the temporal lobe and adjacent regions are closely associated with the projection fibres for taste. M. NEUROPATHOLOGY
