While between self-efficacy and estrangement a negative and significant relationship was obtained (rs = -0.32, p < 0.010). Likewise, a negative relationship was found between the years of experience and the years working in the current company with professional efficiency and self-efficacy, and a positive relationship with estrangement. Conclusion. Abstract
