Abstract

早期肠内营养对重型颅脑损伤患者黏膜pH和血清蛋白的影响。
目的探讨重型颅脑损伤患者早期肠内营养后黏膜内pH(pHi)及血清蛋白水平的变化。方法术后12 ~ 72 h,根据患者生命体征和肠道声音,分别给予肠内营养(EN)和肠外营养(PN)。随访5 d,连续监测pHi值。结果两组患者术后第5天pHi值及血清蛋白水平均升高(P0.05)。EN组的pHi值和血清蛋白水平明显高于PN组(P0.05)。EN组肛门排气恢复时间明显短于PN组(P0.05)。结论早期肠内营养可改善重型颅脑损伤患者胃肠道黏膜的血液灌注和氧合,改善患者的营养状况。
