The empirical data obtained by the authors of the article on to the survey of the employees and students of the university proves that the organizational culture of the modern university has distinctive features in different groups of employees and students, and is characterized by different levels of the adherence and identification. Abstract
This article is devoted to the results of the study on the adherence and identification as components of the organizational culture of the modern university.
