Abstract

The temperature dependence of the infrared (IR) reflectivity spectra of CsH2AsO4 is studied for the first time, for both polarizations parallel and perpendicular to the ferroelectric c-axis, in the para-and ferroelectric phase, in the frequency range 10–600 cm−1. The results obtained are compared and discussed in relation to the well known IR reflectivity spectroscopic studies of KH2PO4.
