Abstract

Packed column SFC (pSFC) on a 3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate derivative of amylose (Chiralpak AD) has exhibited high enantioselectivity for the separation of 2-oxatetracyclo [5.4.0.01,8.05,11] undec-9-ene derivatives resulting from the UV-radiation of substituted 4-phenoxybut-1-enes.
