Abstract
Cyclodextrins (CDs) are visualized by fluorimetric detection based on inclusion complexation with fluorescence probes in microcolumn liquid chromatography. Visualization of CDs is attributed to the fact that the fluorescence intensity of 2-p-toluidinylnaphthalene-6-sulfonate or other fluorescence probes increases when it is incorporated into the cavity of CDs.
