充电状态对电池模块失效传播特性影响的实验研究
为了研究不同充电状态(SOC)对基于锂离子电池的储能模块内热失控(TR)传播行为的影响,开发了一个实验装置,在SOC为97%、85%和50%的情况下对电池模块进行故障传播测试。结果表明,电池SOC的增加可以降低TR触发温度,使电池更早地触发TR,并减少两个相邻电池之间的平均故障传播时间。此外,故障传播测试表明,在较高的SOC下,TR反应变得更加剧烈,最高反应温度也高得多,对电池模块的损坏也很严重。与SOC为97%的电池模块相比,SOC为50%的电池模块的TR触发时间推迟了约57.8%。同时,平均故障传播时间延长了约36.0%。因此,本研究可为储能电池模块的热安全设计提供参考。
