Abstract

ABSTRACT Two new species of oribatid mites of the family Scheloribatidae – Urubambates jakobi sp. nov. and Pachygena annae sp. nov. – are described, based on adults collected from upper soil and leaf litter in primary mountain forests in the Andes, Central Peru.
