PEMANFAATAN H5P DALAM PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA ONLINE INTERAKTIF

Abstract

H5P is a free and open source content collaboration framework based on JavaScript. H5P stands for HTML5 Package which aims to make it easy for everyone to create, share and reuse interactive HTML5 content. This study aims to develop English learning media using H5P which is applied through the Politeknik Perkapalan Negeri Surabaya (PPNS) Learning Management System (LMS). The development carried out is by providing interactive learning with material design, quizzes, games through H5P. This study uses Research and Development (R&D) to produce products in the form of H5P-based English learning media. The result shows that 82% students agreed that H5P is interactive for learning English. Learning materials in H5P is also evaluative (90%) and easy to access for learning English (95%). It can be concluded that the H5P-based learning media is effective and efficient to be applied in English learning activities at PPNS.
