The purpose of this study was to examine and develop al-Qirā’ah al-Rasyīdah textbooks using interactive e-books to improve the ability of students to read and determine the effectiveness of their use. The research instruments are interviews, questionnaires, and tests using the Borg and Ghall theories. The object of this research is the students of class VII-C at MTs Insan Qur'ani in the 2022-2023 school year, totaling 28 people. The results showed that the development of the al-Qirā’ah al-Rasyīdah book for Qirā'ah learning using an interactive e-book was very effective.
