Abstract

Unstable Intertrochanteric fractures are Complex fractures which become more difficult when it’s associated with age related osteoporosis. Internal fixation methods like Dynamic hip screws and proximal femoral nails have lot of complications which adds to the morbidity and mortality of the patient.
