Las señas del proyectismo en la obra de José Cornide

espanolDurante el siglo XVIII se pusieron en marcha diferentes proyectos por parte de distintos autores, cuyo fin era el de solucionar los diversos problemas de la nacion y de sus ciudadanos, desarrollados con un sentimiento filantropico y nacional. El poligrafo gallego Jose Cornide fue un personaje relevante en la cultura del setecientos espanol, fundamentalmente por sus investigaciones acerca de la historia y la geografia. En este caso vamos a tratar una faceta poco conocida de su obra, como es la de fundamentar sus aportaciones dentro de las lineas del proyectismo que mencionamos anteriormente. De igual forma, y a traves del analisis de algunos de sus trabajos, se podra constatar las preocupaciones de este caballero corunes por la educacion y el bienestar de sus conciudadanos EnglishDuring the eighteenth century different projects were launched, by different authors, with the aim of solving the diverse problems of the nation and its citizens, promoted with a philanthropic and national feeling. The Galician polygraph Jose Cornide was a relevant figure in the culture of the 1700s in Spain, mainly for his research on history and geography. In this case, we will deal with a so far unknown facet of his work, specifically his contributions within the lines of utilitarianism and projectism mentioned above. Works like the ones we will analyze in this chapter, involve ambitions such as the education of the population (History of the fish), the defense of the rights of their fellow citizens (Sardine fishing) or the demand of some scientific disciplines before the state authorities (Memoria sobre las minas), with the help and precision of his reflections and historical observations, latent habit in all the literary production of the distinguishible corunes
