The paper considers a method for calculating the parameters of a roller crusher developed on the basis of established analytical dependencies: the theoretical and technical productivity of spalt sieves from the share of the total volume of rock mass, as well as the productivity of a roller crusher when overlapping spalt sieves with metal sheets. Purpose of the work: development of a methodology for calculating the parameters of a roller crusher. Methods and Materials. To achieve the goal of developing a methodology for calculating the parameters of a roller crusher, a search and analysis of materials on this topic was carried out. Research. The resulting method of calculating roller crushers allows you to evaluate the proposed equipment and, if necessary, select a control scheme for its main technical characteristics. Discussion. In the calculation method of a roller crusher, first of all, it is necessary to determine its main parameters, namely its technical performance, to identify the compliance of the obtained parameters with the requirements of further technological links. After determining the main parameters of the crusher, the design is adjusted and its parameters are adjusted, the technical characteristics of roller crushers have high values and various variants of the overlap schemes of the trellis sieves and the roll of the crusher are recommended to reduce the productivity of roller crushers. Conclusion. Studies have shown that the proposed method is suitable for calculating the technical characteristics of roller crushers. Summary. With successful testing and obtaining positive results of the method of calculating the parameters of the roller crusher, it can be successfully applied to the selection of equipment for the development of new enrichment systems.
