Abstract
masyarakat. Metode Importance Performance Analysis digunakan untuk mengetahui fasilitas yang dianggap Abstract Unmanaged terminals might cause problems in the community. Terminal renovation is required to increase the number of people who use public transportation. The purpose of this research is to determine the current state of the Bulupitu Terminal of Purwokerto, as well as to analyze the prioritized facilities and the level of user satisfaction. The availability of facilities is investigated using observation data, while user ratings are collected using questionnaire data. The Importance Performance Analysis method is used to identify facilities that are deemed important but perform poorly, indicating that they should be improved, whereas the Customer Satisfaction Index method is used to assess user satisfaction with the available facilities. The study's findings indicate that the terminal facilities listed above have met the requirements in good condition, though some are still under construction. According to the Cartesian IPA diagram, there are six facilities that are considered important, but their performance does not meet user expectations, so the service must be improved. The CSI method yields a value of 62.99 percent, indicating that users are generally pleased with the service provided at the terminal.
