The Importance Performance Analysis method is used to identify facilities that are deemed important but perform poorly, indicating that they should be improved, whereas the Customer Satisfaction Index method is used to assess user satisfaction with the available facilities. The study's findings indicate that the terminal facilities listed above have met the requirements in good condition, though some are still under construction. According to the Cartesian IPA diagram, there are six facilities that are considered important, but their performance does not meet user expectations, so the service must be improved.
