科罗娜转诊医院护理行为与冠状焦虑关系的研究
目的新型冠状病毒的流行及其与健康相关的社会心理后果是21世纪最重要的人类社会事件之一,护士因与患者有密切接触,易被感染。本研究旨在确定2020年在克尔曼市科罗娜转诊医院工作的科罗娜焦虑与护理行为之间的关系。方法本研究采用横断面描述性相关研究方法,采用人口普查方法进行抽样调查,共有166名护士进入研究。采用冠状病毒焦虑量表(CDAS)和关怀行为量表(CBI),采用SPSS V 18软件进行分析。结果护士冠状病毒焦虑总分为21 39±9 8分;研究护士护理行为总分为109 7±4 2,Spearman相关系数在94 ~ 118之间,显示冠状病毒焦虑与护理行为之间无显著相关。结论本研究显示冠状病毒病房护士焦虑程度为中等,护士提供的护理行为水平为最佳。建议在新发和流行疾病爆发期间,管理人员应多加注意,以减少护理人员的焦虑,应对策略和弹性技能,以及解决问题的能力©2020,伊朗医学科学大学版权所有
