The review identifies 59 social well-being models with different dimensions. This study proposes five dimensions as the most important social well-being perspectives for organizations namely social integration, social acceptance, social contribution, social actualization and social coherence. : Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR 4.0) adoptions have a positive effect on many facets of human life, including the economy and culture, such as income growth and living standards.
