In this research, there were 6 subjects which is 3 subjects in the control group and 3 subjects in the experimental group taken by accidental sampling technique. The experimental design used was pretest-posttest control group design. Statistical calculations using the Mann-Whitney U Test by calculating the gain score in the results of the pre test and post test. Based on the hypothesis test conducted, the value of U equal 0,000 and p equal 0,05, and the difference in the average pre-test and post-test on the experimental group employees (6,33) is greater than the control group employees (0,00). This shows that there is a difference in the increase in psychological well-being on employees after getting a Friendly Arts Program.
