Relationship between Helicobacter pylori infections and vitamin D level and lipid profile in some obese Iraqi women

Results revealed that there was no statistical difference in mean vitamin D level between individuals with and without H. pylori after age analysis and sufficient vitamin D levels significantly related to decrease in H.pylori infection. Abstract

There is a growing interest around the world for Vitamin D vital role in eradication of many infectious and non-infectious diseases, besides its effect on different biological parameters in the body, and it was the aim of this study to study the relation of Vit D levels and H.pylori infection with detection of its effect on lipid profile in presence of obesity.
