Abstract

通过对二级综合性医院医疗联合体运行中存在问题进行分析，构建起行之有效的管理机制，实现更为高效地运行。申请加大政策支持，医联体内医保联动；利用现代信息技术提高医联体的资源共享；增强共享机制，充分发挥出分工协作作用；加强医联体内部建设。通过科学管理，提高医联体运行质量。
