Abstract

This paper introduces a proof of concept that liquid membrane technology that has always been used as a separation technique, can also be extended for the generation of value added products in its downstream side. It is possible to generate cadmium sulphide nanoparticles in the stripping phase of liquid membrane separation unit which have wide industrial application such as solar and photovoltaic cells.
