Classes 6/A and 6/C made up the experiment group whereas classes 6/B and 6/D made up the control group. An achievement test developed by the researcher, consisting of 25 questions, with a KR20 value of .80, was used as the mean of data collection. Four options were offered for each question included in the achievement test and the students were asked to mark the option they deemed to be true. In the analysis of the data, frequency, arithmetic mean, percent, standard deviation; and t-test and covariance (ANCOVA) tests among the difference tests, were used.
