The Pharmacist interventions were addressed to physicians, patients, and other health professions to determine the effectiveness of pharmacist interventions before and after the intervention. The number of identified DRPs was 177 problems and the identified types of DRP was 164 types. The pharmacist interventions significantly decreased the DRPs from 177 to 10 DRPs (p 0.05) to the decreased of the number and type of DRPs. 印度尼西亚丹格朗地区总医院临床药剂师干预减少儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病患者药物相关问题的效果

本研究旨在评估临床药师干预措施在减少印度尼西亚万丹坦格朗区总医院儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患者药物相关问题(DRPs)中的作用。本研究对2017年1月至3月采用前后设计的患者进行前瞻性分析。使用欧洲药学保健网络(PCNE) (V6.2)前后研究系统识别138例患者的drp。药剂师干预是针对医生、病人和其他卫生专业人员，以确定药剂师干预前后的有效性。识别出的DRP问题数量为177个，识别出的DRP类型为164种。药师干预使drp从177例减少到10例(p < 0.05)， drp的数量和类型明显减少。临床药师干预能够减少drp的数量和类型，并可以改善儿童ALL的治疗结果。
