At the same time, time consuming of proposed method is also shorter than traditional method in the comparison of evacuation dispatch management time for traffic jams. Abstract

During self-organising scheduling and control of vehicles, uncertainties often affect operation of emergency vehicle road traffic. Traditional system cannot determine road network connectivity, resulting in traffic congestion. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a wireless sensor-based information security scheduling method for vehicle self-organising systems.
