It is based on a fundamental premise that the hybridization of knowledge, disciplines, areas, and departments is a social and research reality that has not yet developed in the Academy. This delay in being a reflection of society in general and university microsociety in particular, hinders research and updating in grades. Abstract

A thoughtful analysis is carried out on the relationship between Science and the University from various perspectives: Research, teaching and governance. It is based on a fundamental premise that the hybridization of knowledge, disciplines, areas, and departments is a social and research reality that has not yet developed in the Academy. This delay in being a reflection of society in general and university microsociety in particular, hinders research and updating in grades.
