There are demands from the public for teachers to more professional in their work. This paper wants to explain about the urgency of increasing human resources (HR) in education. Abstract

The realization of good quality ideal human resources, have skills and be able to be highly competitive, become a successful development in education. 实现素质良好的理想人力资源,具备技能又能极具竞争力,成为成功发展的教育人才。要产生合格的人力资源,需要最佳的授权。科学技术的进步在取得成功的努力中引起了一种新的范式,即竞争。日益激烈的竞争对工作质量和工作效率提出了更高的要求,因此竞争更加激烈。全球化能够改变工作的性质,使生活的各个领域都专业化。其中之一是对教师职业的影响。公众要求教师在工作中更加专业。本文想要说明增加教育人力资源的紧迫性。从本研究发现:(1)人力资源赋权教育通过;(a)提高教师的教育资格和教育人员;(b)参加教育过程和培训;(c)参加课程;(d)改善阅读文化;(e)积极参与邮件列表;(二)校长在提高教育质素方面的角色,透过;(a)作为领导者,(b)作为管理者。
