Researchers have aimed to better understand the strategic challenges in these organizations for the great difficulty in coordinating and engaging in the pursuit of collective results. Some studies highlight the impact of practices led by HR management and the role of leaders as cohesion agents in order to overcome such difficulties. The research described in this article aimed to investigate the effect of management training for leaders of a pluralistic organization, the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz), promoted by the HR Management area with a view to better strategic alignment of the institution.
