Gangguan pengereman mekanik dan penurunan tekanan inlet sumber energi angin. Plan disetting berputar 250 rpm. Sistem pengendalian digunakan digital-PID (Proportional- Integral- Derivative ) dengan nilai parameter Kp, Ki, Kd dari hasil analisa zeigler nichols. PID mengatur bukaan katup yang mengalirkan angin melalui plan. Umpan balik sistem kecepatan digunakan sebagai koreksi error. Sistem stabil dengan error steady state (ESS ) 0,46%. Saat bergangguan mekanik 5% overdamped 1,5 detik , overshoot 3,65% dan gangguan 10% overdamped 3,3 detik, overshoot 7,71%. Saat gangguan inlet 0,45 bar overdamped 3 detik, overshoot 2,54% dan gangguan inlet 1,2 bar overdamped 4,3 detik, overshoot tetap.ABSTRACTThe rotational stability affects the quality of the paint productions. This research focuses on identifying the control of rotational speed stability on a pneumatic motor plan vane when it is disturbed. Disturbance of mechanical braking and a decrease in the inlet pressure of the wind energy source. The plan is set to rotate at 250 rpm. The control system used digital-PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) with parameter values Kp, Ki, Kd from the results of Zeigler Nichols analysis. PID regulates valve openings that allow air to flow through the plan. Speed system feedback is used as error correction. The system is stable with a steady state error (ESS ) 0.46%. When the mechanical disturbance is 5% overdamped for 1.5 seconds, overshoot is 3.65% and 10% is overdamped for 3.3 seconds, overshoot is 7.71%.
