Abstract

The aim was to verify the association between resistance training (RT) and related variables with anxiety and depression scores in Brazilian women. One hundred and fifty-four women practitioners of RT (40.9±8.6 years; 61.7±9.9 kg; 160.0±5.0 cm) and 113 non-practitioners (Control) participated in the study.
