Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of extended nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on gastrointestinal function and adverse reactions in patients with tumor chemotherapy. Methods A total of 100 tumor patients who received chemotherapy in the hospital from February 2016 to May 2018 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the study group and the control group, 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing, and the research group received extended nursing combined with TCM nursing model.Gastrointestinal function and adverse reaction symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results The improvement of gastrointestinal function in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). 延伸护理结合中医药护理对肿瘤化疗患者胃肠功能及不良反应的影响

目的探讨扩展护理结合中医护理对肿瘤化疗患者胃肠道功能及不良反应的影响。方法选择2016年2月至2018年5月在该院接受化疗的肿瘤患者100例。根据随机数表法，将患者分为研究组和对照组，每组50例。对照组采用常规护理，研究组采用延伸护理结合中医护理模式。比较两组患者的胃肠功能和不良反应症状。结果研究组胃肠功能改善明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），结论扩展护理结合中医护理模式能有效改善肿瘤化疗患者的胃肠道功能，降低胃肠道不良反应的发生率。关键词：延伸护理；中医护理；癌症患者接受化疗；胃肠功能；不良症状
