Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the factors that affect consumers' adoption of reverse logistics applications and the effect of economic and non-economic incentives on reverse logistics applications. The data were collected by face-to-face and online survey method with voluntary consumers over the age of 18 living in Turkey, who were selected by convenience sampling method.
