In terms of imposing and compliant manner, opinions are rather divided. Abstract

Based on Leary’s interpersonal model (Interpersonal Circumplex), Wubbels elaborated the scheme of interpersonal behaviour that was completed by questionnaires (Questionnaire on Teacher Interaction (QTI)).
