Penelitian ini secara khusus menguji tiga variabel elemen-elemen kepuasan kerja yang terdiri stress kerja, perilaku kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, dan perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode survei terhadap 58 orang perawat yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional sampling.
