Abstract

Les carcinomes épidermoïdes (CE) peuvent compliquer des plaies chroniques négligées, en particulier chez le patient diabétique. L’envahissement osseux est rare mais est de pronostic péjoratif et nécessite un traitement le plus souvent radical. Nous rapportons ici le cas d’une patiente de 62 ans, diabétique, qui présentait une lésion évolutive, depuis un an, présente sur le bord antérolatéral du pied gauche et responsable d’un écoulement sanglant intermittent. La biopsie mettait en évidence un CE. Nous avons retenu l’indication d’un traitement chirurgical par amputation transtibiale.
