Research instruments used were the Calling and Vocation Questionnaire and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale which has been adapted into Indonesian. Through purposive sampling technique, the respondents obtained were 82 teachers with a minimum working period of one year. With the Pearson’s correlation analysis, we found that the presence of calling and search for calling was significantly correlated with work engagement. Abstract
